.NET Lead

job summary:

Work Location: ONSITE - Dallas, TX

Required:

• .Net Application support
• Should have working experience in .Net, Microsoft technologies. Support / IT operations project experience is a must
• Working experience using Dynatrace, Solarwinds or any other logging tools like Kibana, Cloudwatch would be added advantage.
• Troubleshooting complex environmental performance related issues (like db issues, application/web service issues, etc...)
• Operations mindset is key.
• strong understanding of IT Services Management is a must.
• Should have hands-on experience in ITIL processes --> Incident management, Problem management, Change management, driving the CAB calls & MIM calls, Maturity to Drive continuous service improvements
• Excellent communication skills
• strong customer & team management skills
• Drive best practices of Knowledge management, KEDB

Preferred:

• Azure cloud experience, any legacy applications support & maintenance projects.
