They have flexibility, but ideally 2-3 days onsite per week.

Submission is exclusive for managed service

1 internal screening, 2 client interviews

Shifts available : M-F 8 to 5

Client is looking for candidates near their Woodbridge, NJ HQ

Vacation, sick time, holidays 2 weeks vacation five sick and 10 holiday

Job Duties -We are looking for a senior leader who will be responsible for the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, and be able to create and maintain a roadmap for the platform, and ensure team alignment with business goals.

  • Create and maintain a roadmap that aligns with overall business strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the overall ServiceNow development platform.
  • Ensure appropriate SDLC / DevOps process is adhered to, review code changes when promoting updates through the development / test / production environment.
  • Prior experience as a ServiceNow developer / admin is highly desired.
  • Provide oversight for software configuration, customization, and automation using best practices including (but not limited to) screen tailoring, workflow administration, SLA configurations, data imports, integrations, custom scripting and third-party software integrations in an agile development.
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
