Our client is a well-known multinational Outdoor Tools and Power tools manufacturer and they are looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer to join their growing team on a 7 month contract, with very likely chance of this role going 1.5 years or more! Also opportunity for conversion! The Sr. UI/UX Designer will be brought on to utilize Figma and design systems to create efficient workflows, streamline collaboration, and ensure consistency across designs. You will be specifically "Designing for responsiveness" in Figma. This position must contain the expertise to have an understanding of what Developers and Engineers do as well, as this role will be speaking and working with these teams around optimization. salary: $49 - 61 per hour
work hours: 9am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Utilize Figma and design systems to create efficient workflows, streamline collaboration, and ensure consistency across designs.
- Designing for responsiveness in Figma
- Utilize CM Cloud (Cribmaster) for Optimization/ HMI's
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Translate conceptual ideas and wireframes into visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces, maintaining brand consistency and design standards.
- Conduct rigorous design QA, identifying usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and bugs, and document them meticulously for resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design processes.
- Champion user-centric design principles, advocating for the best possible user experience in all aspects of our products.

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
