Construction Scheduler

A leading construction organization seeks a Scheduler to develop complex schedules for a large industrial project using Oracle Primavera Cloud. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing intricate construction schedules from scratch using Oracle Primavera Cloud. The schedule will interact with procurement, sub-trades, field teams, and engineering firms to ensure project deliverables align with schedules is a critical aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will have extensive industrial work scheduling experience, proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud or P6 and a comprehensive understanding of concrete, steel, process piping, and electrical construction. This is a contract role with per diem and bimonthly trips home slated to last through the remainder of the year.

responsibilities:

• Develop complex construction schedules with Oracle Primavera Cloud
• Interface with procurement, sub-trades, field teams, and engineering firms on project deliverables and schedules
• Analyze project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays, proposing corrective actions as necessary
• Communicate schedule updates, milestones, and changes to project teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
• Continuously monitor and adjust schedules as needed to optimize project efficiency and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables
