EHS and Maintenance

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and organizing adequate stock levels of PPE, first-aid supplies, and other safety supplies.

Enters and submits purchase orders for various Maintenance Dept. projects and stock replenishment.

Assist with updating new and current safety and environmental training programs to stay compliant with all Company standards.

Assist with conducting new hire safety orientation training.

Assist with conducting required annual safety training for all associates; maintain a training matrix.

Review existing safety policies and procedures and update when necessary to stay compliant with Company and OSHA guidelines.

Maintain updated SDS Index records; perform annual audit of SDS program.

Assist with auditing JSA’s of all equipment.

Assist with directing the safety team during monthly meetings; maintain appropriate record of meeting minutes.

Conduct daily safety audits; identify areas for risk and opportunity and partner with the local Quality

Perform daily update of safety board.
