A well established manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL. is looking for an Maintenance Tech to join their team. Opening is on 1st shift: 5am start (this is a 24 hour operation, so shift would eventually change to a split shift) Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Two (2) years previous on-the-job maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in and a general knowledge of facility maintenance
• Advanced Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems experience
• Experience with PLCs
• Experience with welding

Responsibilities

Position: Maintenance Technician Areas of accountability:

• Safety – ensure machined are properly guarded and operated in accordance with Spectra Safety policies
• Quality – ensure production meets or exceed minimal quality control standards
• Productivity – ensure machines are able to obtain daily scheduled production rates
• Maintenance – regularly maintain all lines; repair machinery in a timely fashion
