Job Description
Our Client is looking for an Agile Coach to provide top-tier support and business partnership to our Customer's stakeholders. The ideal Candidate will enable successful execution of the Customer's requests in order to make possible the realization of expected business outcomes. The scope of work includes:
-Managing and communicating the health of and changes to the platforms and processes the team manages.
-Migrating and transitioning teams to new platforms as they become available.
-Serving as trusted business advisors for processes and tools use and agile principles Support the transformation of team to new Agile WoW
-Ensuring accurate and up to date data is reflected in operations systems
-Ensuring team is meeting defined service level agreements for flowing requirements through the process
We have recently rolled out an Agile Discovery Process as part of our overall intake process. Agile Discovery is a structured phase which enables speed, business alignment, and consistency. Orchestrated by the Technical Program Manager, the collaborative discovery sessions help the Program ToT to define and align on the Business Requirements, identify required components, and define high level features. Agile Discovery focuses on what are we doing (business benefit) and why are we doing it (intended outcome) before work is funneled to the next approval gate and respective agile teams. It leverages the ABCD technique to drive discussion and it is facilitated by an Agile Coach. We are looking for Agile Coaches with experience doing this kind of facilitation work.
In addition, the Agile Coach on out team must also be experience and comfortable helping and supporting teams through the Agile Transformation process. This is the other pillar of work we are heavily engaged in and it represents a significant portion of our scope of work.
