Job Description:
- Application Platforms via a delivery pipeline to implement Continuous Delivery to various Testing and Production Environments. Partner with various development, release and operations teams to streamline the build, deployment and operations system in line with enterprise tools & standards.
- Maintains and supports dev, test & production environment deployment automation, application rollouts, responds to and troubleshoots escalated issues, informs/advises application managers and stakeholders (Development, Release Management) about new delivery progress and implementation, conducts technical analysis, and produces recommendations.
- Design and Implement automated application delivery to dev, test and production environments
- Drive the automation opportunities in build, deployment and release arena encompassing various technologies and tools.
- Understand the process and technical complexities of application builds, deployments and releases.
- Continuous Improvement of the process and implementation toward unattended delivery pipeline (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Testing)
- Be a key contributor to initiatives that require technical expertise.
- Identify process and technical improvement area and propose solutions.
Required Skills
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Infrastructure and/or Software Configuration Management also known as DevOps
- 3 or more years of experience in performing DevOps Automation role (Environment Provisioning, Continuous Deployment, Application Deployment and Orchestration)
- Hands-on experience guiding and choosing the best Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Reproducibility, Traceability, Concurrent Development strategies.
- Experience in Building and Releasing software.
- Demonstrated scripting abilities (either Shell, Python, and/or Ansible).
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels of technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country/time zone environment.
- Organizational skills to track and prioritize multiple in-flight projects.
