job summary:

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience in Test Automation projects as an automation developer

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of development experience, preferably Java and should be able to code in Java.

• Must have experience with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium)

• .Net experience, specifically VB Script, AI and ML

• Hands-On knowledge in OOPS concept, automation development, debugging and problem solving skills.

• Familiarity with automation frameworks (JUnit, jasmin, jersey, etc.)

• Design and develop enterprise wide, re-usable testing productivity components and/or frameworks

• Experience in version control tools like SVN, Perforce.

• Experience in working on project using mature Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.

• QA Process/Methodology and Business acumen in technical development organization

• Experience in using one or more SDLC tools - JIRA, Rally or HP ALM

• Experience in bots, machine learning, UI Path, AI and/or PEGA,

• "Previous experience in implementing test automation development efforts in an Agile SCRUM development environment.

• Additional expertise in other automation tools will be an asset - HP QTP (Add-ins -.Net, Java, Infragistics etc), Parasoft SOA Test , SOAP UI.

• Additional expertise in one or more languages will be an asset - JavaEJB, VBScripts, JavaScript, VBA, Java, SQL, HTML, Python, Perl, .Net, Unix.

• Experience in COM and API automation will be an asset.

• Working experience in Banking domain preferred.

• Solid presentation skills

• Experience with file based testing.

• Working experience in a Global organization.

Required Skills:

• Selenium Testing experience

• Cucumber experience

• Java Programming experience

• SQL experience

• Experience with SOAP and REST web services

• SDLC/STLC knowledge (test phases, test types, coverage)

• Knowledge of test execution and defect management tracking tool

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of automation frameworks (design and build to test execution)

• Experience working within the AML space.

• Extensive knowledge of PEGA Platform architecture

• Ability to configure and use Jenkins or similar continuous integration tool.

• Solid presentation skills to all levels of the company.

• Able to effectively work with ambiguity and in a face-paced/high change environment
