Job Description
Summary: Under the direction of IS - Application Development leadership, implementation, and ongoing management of all Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions including and not limited to UiPath, Orchestrator, and Insight products to support the combined missions of safe and high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and operational efficiency.
They will: Hybrid, Local candidates preferred, remote OK
- Oversee the entire UiPath server ecosystem comprised of 15 servers with a mixture of Windows, Linux, front-end, middleware, and back-end SQL servers.
- Work closely with the various enterprise stakeholders to understand requirements, build the appropriate solution, and organize the build and implementation of the solution utilizing the full UiPath platform.
- Partner with operational teams and will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting UiPath.
- Provide deep analysis and diagnosis of UiPath application errors, and problem resolution in both the long and short term
- Design and development of existing and new widgets, road testing, and implementation of new applications.
- Be responsible for training and support to departments on deployed applications.
- Analyze user requirements and recommends Applications solutions, envisioning system features, and functionality
- Design, develop and implement Applications by strictly adhering to the Agile guidelines
- Lead Applications projects and publishes consistent project updates to business stakeholders and IT leadership
- Coordinate project work with team members, department teams, and third-party software development providers
- Mentor and guides RPA team members with best practices for UiPath development and support
- Work collaboratively with other team members to foster an environment of respect, open communication, and cross-functional expertise.
Min Education: Bachelor's Degree
Min Experience/Accountabilities:
- 5 years In Information Technology with emphasis on applications and analytics product development. Experience within an academic environment.
- 5 years experience in a healthcare setting
- Leading technical and functional teams within the applications development lifecycle.
- Working with users to understand workflows and translating these to application builds.
- Building new Analytics and Data Products. Experience with the System Development Lifecycle and Software Development methodologies.
- With:
- Agile Project Management methodologies.

- Knowledgeable of industry best practices, conventions, and regulations. Documents system procedures and guidelines for users.
- Consults with users to gain an understanding of desired functionality to define system requirements. Writes new and/or modify existing program code and/or job control languages.
- Write unit and functional tests within automated test environments to ensure code quality and concise yet comprehensive technical documentation - for APIs and other interfaces.
- Work with app developers, system administrators, app architects and client technical developers to develop fast and dynamic software applications
- Develops training manuals and programs and provides training to users.
