Position Summary
- The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points.
- They must be at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the agile team (as a key partner in the planning and sprint process), by actively leading triages.
- They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners and serves as stand-in Change Manager, when needed, and effectively understand the feature costs by owning dispatch process in order to maintain accurate estimates.
- The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 year experience in related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years experience in a business analyst role in agile environment. Ability to write quality stories and collaborate across the board
FIELD OF EXPERTISE:
- Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time. Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
- Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in technology and knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills. Intermediate Word. Intermediate Excel.
Desired Skills: Good understanding of agile working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable
