Responsibilities
Pickers must be observant to select the right size, color and type of items from hundreds of shelves and bins. Products must be handled carefully to prevent damage when using a cart to take products to the packaging area. The job is demanding because pickers are expected to perform quickly and precisely.
RF Scan Gun experience is required: using RF Scan Gun to scan products and ensure accuracy of inventory.
Standing on feet entire shift; 8-12 hours, depending on order volume
Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
Identifying safety hazards in the workplace
Select the right size, color and type of items from hundreds of shelves and bins from a pick ticket
Products must be handled carefully to prevent damage when using a cart to take products to the packaging area.
The job is demanding because pickers are expected to perform quickly and precisely.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 40lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
