Do you have 3 years of lead press operator experience with UV Press Experience? Do you have a firm understanding of color matching?

A company in the Burlington area is looking for you! This is a 4-day, 12-hour shift (6 PM - 6 AM), direct hire opportunity with a well-known company, offering amazing benefits.

Salary : $63,232 - $72,384 per year

Shift : Third

Work Hours : 6 PM - 6 AM

Education : No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities :

• The Press Operator Lead is responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of the press, roller settings, and maintaining the quality of products being produced on the press.
• The Press Operator Lead is also responsible for coaching and mentoring the press crews.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Coordinates the tasks of production employees on the offset press.
• Adheres to and enforces all quality specifications and color standard procedures.
• Monitors / examines job set-up according to job jacket specifications.
• Ensures that employees understand proper operation of offset printing press.
• Ensures that employees operate safely.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

Essential Functions

• Working in a smoke-free environment
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
• Standing for 12 hours at one time
