25-25/hr Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

Looking for a permanent career? We have the right position ready for you!  Pay rate: $25-35/hr depending on experience 2nd shift: 3pm-until production is done for the day (Typically it is around 12am)  6 days per week - they will work with you on which days you prefer to work

Job Duties: Line work- when a line goes down you would come out and service it. Working on the machines, engineering, and safety.

Must bring your own tools. Ex: Standard and Metric sockets as well as wrenches, pliers, channel locks, screw drivers both straight and Philips, allen wrenches and an electrical meter If you are electrically inclined. Some of the guys use impacts which make the job faster.  Food production 30-35 degrees in facility



salary: $52,000 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Respond to production and facility needs (ie equipment breakdown, machine upgrades, and/or adjustments). Capable to troubleshoot and repair.
• Able to repair and troubleshoot all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components/equipment.
• Perform repairs on facility utility systems (i.e. hot water boilers, ammonia systems, electrical MCC)
• Perform preventative maintenance functions as scheduled.
• Capable of working independently on machine repairs
• Excellent communication skills with maintenance management and production management
• Work with CMMS system to record equipment parts usage/needs, PM completions, work orders and daily activities.
• Complete work orders as directed.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

The essential functions of this role include:
