Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently assemble components and package finished product for final delivery.
- Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Kawasaki Production System and all legal and compliance regulations including OSHA.
- Position, align and affix components for assembly manually or using hand/air tools or hoists.
- Inspect and/or test components and processes to verify product function or component capabilities, and conformance to customer specifications through visual observation and/or using measuring instruments such as torque wrenches, gauges, and calipers, and documents.
- Operate, monitor and maintain equipment used in the production process as required.
- Transfer products between work areas of plant by hand or using manual or powered industrial equipment.
- May rotate through various tasks in the assembly processes.
- Responsible for cleanliness of work area
