Account Reconciliation Specialist

We’re looking for a an entry level staff accountant to help keep our figures and budgets — and those of our clients — on track with unwavering accuracy. The ideal candidate will have natural passion for math and intricate knowledge of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, taxes, and other financial transactions within an organization. The staff accountant will play an important support role, clarifying the financial outlook of our company and its clients with precise, proactive measures. Job deatils: 

• Pay $25-$28 p/h
• Hybrid work schedule 
• Temp contract with the possibility of permanent placement.

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

•  responsible for preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements.
• Enter accounting related information into business logs
  
  
• Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
  
  
• Organize and update financial records
  
  
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank settlements
  
  

Skills

attention to detail (1 year of experience is required)
