  • 2 years of AP/Accounting experience(Reconciliation required)

Responsibilities

• Review submitted expense requests and reports to identify issues and discrepancies
• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile requests for reimbursement and associated member travel expenses
• Quarterly expense review with the goal of reconciling and identifying errors/ommissions and/or discrepancies
• Reconcile monthly travel database to appropriate account statement charges, follow up with staff on discrepancies
• Provide support for monthly close for expenses/reimbursements
• Handle weekly and periodic departmental mailings utilizing multiple ship methods
• Other duties as assigned
