1. Accounts Payable:
- Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process incoming invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve payment discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms when necessary.
- Expense Tracking: Track and reconcile company expenses, ensuring proper coding and allocation.
- Timely Payments: Ensure timely disbursement of payments to vendors, taking advantage of early payment discounts where applicable.
- Customer Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner, accurately reflecting products or services provided.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving billing disputes promptly.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process employee payroll, including calculations for regular and overtime hours, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- QuickBooks: Leverage your expertise in Quickbooks to manage companies financial records and accounts.
