What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Associate position at Randstad?
We are looking for an Accounting Associate for a growing company in Fenton, MO. You will be the perfect candidate if you have a 4yr accounting degree, at least 3yrs of experience, and advanced excel experience. Responsibilities
• Perform daily and monthly bank account reconciliations including follow-up with
banking institutions, cross-functional communication to resolve variances, payment
inquiries for vendors, and collaborating with the Treasury and Tax departments at
Post Holdings Inc.
• Administer capital investment needs by working with plant project managers to
create new capital projects, close projects, and provide reporting to senior
management in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in the completion of customer insurance requests by working with third-party
providers and Post Holdings Inc.
• Provide management with various analyses in relation to management reporting and
analyses, especially related to cash flow management.
• Record various month-end journal entries including, but not limited to: payroll, fixed
asset transactions, bank transactions, and taxes
• Own accounts payable monthly close process including reconciliation of all major
accounts payable accounts.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation for various balance sheet accounts.
• Work on special projects and other special assignments as required.
• Complete necessary schedules for tax, external auditing, management reporting, and
mandated government surveys
• Other duties as assigned
