Accounting Clerk

Do you enjoy managing data and utilizing tools to clean up data? If so, this job is for you! A nationwide company based out of Fremont is looking for someone to come work on a short term project to review and manage internal data. Duties:

• Review contracts and audit data 
• Utilize VLOOKUP, and PIVOT Tables to identify errors
• Research discrepancies 
• Other projects will be assigned as needed 

PROCESS: No Interview, direct start. Must complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. 

salary: $21 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Tasks include:
  • Pull reports from internal system and review incorrect data to ensure the correct data and information has been inputted
  • Reviewing reports for any discrepencsies and making corrections as needed 
  • Utilizing excel to filter and manage large amounts of data 
  • Experienced using Vlookup 
  • Other tasks as needed
