Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join a client's finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. As an integral part of this organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor records, and handling payment disbursements. If you have attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounts payable processes, we want to hear from you.

salary: $21 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and completeness
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and process payment batches, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies or variances
• Maintain vendor files and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
