salary: $15 - $16.5 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Responsible for entering customer payments into Sapphire, researching and reconciling discrepancies and credits on the customer account. Also responsible for updating and maintaining all aspects of their customer account portfolio - contact information, notes on account status, courtesy calls and handling customer requests.
- Work closely with sales and various departments to keep accurate notes on customer account status for delivery information and account payment status.
- Responsible for a high volume of customer accounts.
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
