AutoCad Drafter

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced AutoCAD drafter.  Candidate will use software to create presentation drawings, structural steel detailing, 3D modeling and site evaluations. Education / Experience / Skills Diploma or certificate in Drafting Technology or CAD Minimum of 2 years' experience required, preferably in Structural Steel Detailing Experience with Standard 3D AutoCAD version 2010 or higher Ability to work in a fabrication shop checking jobs in progress Candidate must have AutoCad experience  

salary: $21 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Draft plans in AutoCAD and 3D Modeling

Develop presentation into Structural Steel details and drawings

Prepare documents and drawings for engineers

Project take offs and estimates

Assist in material procurement

Assist with shipping and receiving



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

Skills

3D Modeling

Structural Steel Detailing (2 years of experience is preferred)

3D AutoCAD (2 years of experience is preferred)
