Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
- Administers day-to-day operations of benefit programs for the firm in accordance with company policies and plan documents and state and federal regulatory requirements
- Oversees relationships with vendors and outsource administrators to ensure adherence to established processes, meet agreed upon service levels and promptly address participant issues.
- Supports the firm’s wellness and recognition programs
- Provides guidance and support to other HR staff, managers and employees. Liaises with insurers, vendors, employees and other HR staff to address issues and foster good working relationships
- Partners with HRIS team within HR and at the enterprise level on benefit/IT projects and ensuring data integrity and addressing other system related modifications

Responsibilities
- Partners with HRIS team within HR and at the enterprise level on benefit/IT projects and ensuring data integrity and addressing other system related modifications
- Produces communications for internal distribution on wellness, recognition and benefit topics; including the monthly benefits newsletter, the intranet and open enrollment communications
- Partners with our EHS team on workers compensation claims process, as well as the leave of absence benefit process
- Participates in benefits and HR related projects to improve processes, reduce manual work and increase efficiencies
- Assists in the implementation of new benefit programs or vendors and acquired organizations into the firm’s programs
- Transmits data to vendors, ensuring data integrity on weekly basis as well as conducts quarterly audits
- Oversees invoicing process in accordance to approved processes
- Performs other duties as required
- Implement and monitor processes, identifying areas for streamlining and increased efficiency
- Maintain termination process for insider list and update if applicable
