What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual HR Receptionist position at Randstad?

Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of an HR Receptionist. We are looking for someone who is comfortable greeting individuals by phone and in person. High level of computer skills and exemplary customer service skills are required as well.  Please read below for more information. salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Greets all visitors including employees, customers, vendors, contractors, and others to
    determine their needs in order to appropriately assist them and ensure the highest level of
    customer service; notifies appropriate personnel of visitor.
  • bilingual(English and Spanish)
  • Prefer human resources or other business related degree as this position is a potential feeder position to other human resources positions requiring advanced knowledge and skills.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting human resources, business officeand/or administration; general office duties.
  • strong interpersonal communication/customer service skills; demonstrates positive, helpful &;respectful attitude/behavior;
  • strong computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability tolearn and use other equipment used in the position.
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize and multi-task; demonstrates initiative; can work effectively with minimal or close supervision; maintain appropriate confidentiality and follow appropriate protocols.
  • Assist HR personnel on various tasks including copying and filing; maintains files and audits
    and purges as required; create employee, visitor, and contractor ID badges and monitors for
    badge return; maintains employee parking space assignments; sets up new hires and
    removes former employees in database.
