Bilingual Site Coordinator

If so, we have the position for you. Randstad is currently hiring a Site Coordinator in Wilkes-Barre, PA. In this role, you will work on-site at our client's location, building relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. You will also identify qualified candidates, continuously screening and interviewing to build a pipeline of available talent to fill positions.

salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a talent pipeline
• Conduct new hire orientation and check ins
• Coordinate on-site and external drug testing efforts
• Maintain positive relationships with the client and talent.
• Distribute safety equipment and maintain the necessary inventory
• Must be flexible with working hours
