Job Description:
- Roles needed to review ongoing PELS Intake items and ensure data quality and facilitate Intake review meetings with required stakeholders. Ensure correct assignees for PELS Intake items and work with Engineering and Product stakeholders to create and refine Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) and creation of Lean Business Cases with cost/benefit and impact analysis.
- Create and maintain Deliverables on the EET Portfolio board that are owned by PELS ELT and SLT.
- This will include 1:1 meetings with SLT and stakeholders where Deliverables are detailed, requirements are captured, acceptance criteria are defined and quantified, and Deliverables are clearly mapped to the problems we're solving and why, aligned to the PELS Strategy themes, trends, and opportunities.
- Define, create, and maintain quarterly EPICs on the PELS Portfolio board that align to the EET Deliverables. Similar to the Deliverable work, the Analyst II will meet 1:1 as needed with the Product Managers to capture requirements, and define the acceptance criteria for the PELS Epics.
- Work closely with PELS SLT and stakeholders to set up PELS team boards aligned to our teams and functions and provide subject matter expertise for PELS teams, ensuring that all issues and work tracked on the team boards aligns to PELS EPICS and EET Deliverables and resource commitments are tracked and measured.
- Provide reporting on PELS EPICs and Deliverables, including progress to goals, and resource commitments at both SLT Team levels and overall PELS program level.
- JIRA, business requirements gathering, impact analysis, acceptance criteria development, KANBAN, Team coaching
- Expert documentation and communication skills. Expert meeting facilitator.
- Expert ability to present complex information to stakeholders, forums, and governance teams as needed.
