Call Center Agent

Randstad has the following openings; Reservations/Customer Service 3 pm - 12:00 am Monday- Friday   $13 an hour You will need to be able to work OT as needed and ability to flex your scheduled as needed.  Also this is an in office position NOT remote. Professional on the phones with customers and vendors. please note you might train 9 AM to 6 PM for a couple of weeks  Please note these openings require experience

Responsibilities

• Make reservations for first responders activated by natural disasters.
• Receive and be responsible to quickly and efficiently answer daily questions related to billing and payment.
• Receive disaster related customer reservation requests and make subsequent outbound calls to acquire necessary hotel accommodations.
• Perform research projects as directed by the Rapid Response Manager, Lead and/or Vice President of Emergency Lodging.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
