What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Specialist position at Randstad?
Our client in Carrollton is looking to grow their team of Call Center Specialist! If you are looking for a fast paced environment, a large company with room to grow, this is a great opportuntiy. This role is temp to hire and starts out pay at $17 per hour. This is 100% inbound calls. This client would like each candidate to bring some relevant experience but most importantly, they are looking for reliability and a positive attitude. Training is one week long and will be Monday-Friday, morning shift hours. Once you have been trained, they will work on a schedule with you that will include at least one weekend day. Hours Monday-Friday can be anywhere between 7am-7pm and weekends will be between 8am-4pm. Having a little bit of flexibility on your work hours will be greatly appreciated. Responsibilities
- Responds to a wide range of customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment and correspondence regarding third party coverage to ensure that patient accounts reflect accurate information
- Must handle an extremely heavy volume of patient calls and analyze third party information and coverage issues
- Complies with all HIPPA verification procedures to ensure that you are speaking with the appropriate party prior to providing information
- Maintains and adds to personal knowledge by keeping informed of policy updates to regulations and procedural changes and attending meetings and seminars, to effectively carry out assigned duties
- Reviews all memos, policy updates and procedural changes as they are distributed by the supervisor, to ensure current procedures are followed
- Promotes Patient Centered Care Concept throughout the organization
- Participates in any on-going in service training to ensure a clear understanding of departmental procedures as it relates to all service lines
