Responsibilities :
Maintain responsibility for campus recruiting activities to support firm-wide business priorities. Perform full life cycle recruiting and onboarding for campus hires from various colleges and universities.
Develop excellent relationships with colleges and universities through career services offices, faculty, and administration and bodies to promote the firm's brand and find diverse ways to attract candidates.
Address stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality.
Assess business needs and talent markets while developing and executing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives.
Build value-added relationships with prospects, including coordinating candidate communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
