Our client is seeking a fully 100 % Citrix Systems Admin.
Duties include:
Performs the activities related to the planning, installation, operational, administrative, and technical support of the Citrix services environment including the evaluation, certification and development of specifications for the associated hardware/software components.
- Deploying, configuring, managing, automating, monitoring, documenting, and troubleshooting of Citrix and related information systems technologies to support 24x7 operations.
- Maintains server disaster recovery capabilities in accordance with IT industry standards and organizational needs. Assists in reviewing, testing and documenting effective high availability and restoration methodologies.
- Makes recommendations for improvements, optimizations, adoption of new features and services that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility in support of the business requirements.
- Assists with communicating and enforcing technology standards.
- Evaluates, diagnoses and resolves complex technical operational issues and events. Provides the final tier of technical support.
- Knowledge of the company's existing IT architecture and technology portfolio.
- Leads, monitors and controls medium to large scopes of work.
- Participates in change management responsbilities including presentation, justification, compliance with ITIL and established change procedures.
- Coordinates and manages vendor relationships for on time product and service delivery to ensure work is performed to the company's standards.
- Serves as a resource to other teams.
- Promotes the mission, vision and values of the client and abides by service behavior standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Fully remote.
- Hours worked will be during Mountain Standard Time.
- Prefer candidates be interested in conversion to a permanent position with a healthcare salary of (USD)105-(USD)110k.
- Must be willing to take 24/7 one week on-call rotation every 6 weeks.

- strong technical experience with multi-tier architectures, security best practices, DNS, Active Directory, access management, server virtualization, storage, networking, software, and operating systems.
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
- strong scripting skill set with PowerShell and Command-Line tools, etc
- System performance evaluation and tuning.
- Demonstrated proficiency in documenting and maintaining a knowledge base of configuration, process and troubleshooting information.
- Knowledge of monitoring and reporting techniques for a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws with familiarity with frameworks such as HIPAA and PCI is preferred.
- Regular attendance to perform work during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts if required.
- Ability to work on-site, nights and/or weekends as required.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
