Claims Administrator

This company located between Westchase and Citrus Park is looking for an upbeat, enthusiatic new team member! The ideal candidate does not have to have worked in the Insurance industry in the past. Qualities such as puntuality, detial oriented and exceptionally organized are what they are looking for! This entry level opportunity will allow you to learn the industry and hopefully grow within the company!

salary: $37,440 - $50,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from insured or designated persons, by telephone and email
• Respond to telephone, on line, and written inquiries promptly
• Enter claims information into database systems with attention to detail
• Accurately prepare and review insurance claim forms
• Download, upload, create, use naming conventions for a variety of supporting PDF and jpg files
• Respond to the service needs of insured, clients, adjusters, field personnel, and home office employees
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities effectively
• Process policy level transactions within level of authority
• Conduct research when needed to complete requests
• Prepare daily reports utilizing various computer systems
