Client Relations Specialist

salary: $15 - $16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Managing all inbound and outbound calls (This is NOT a call center position) in a professional and timely manner 
• Greeting office guests with a warm personality, making them feel welcome
• Performing detailed data entry 
• Running various reports through Microsoft Office when needed by management 
• Comfortable managing high stress situations in a professional manner 
• Keeping front office presentable and clean 
• Scanning invoices and collecting payments 
• Perform calendar management for leadership teams 
• Sending out company communication via mail, phone, and email
