Responsibilities :
Investigate workplace complaints with a focus on cases of alleged discrimination, retaliation, harassment, workplace violence along with wage & hour.
Assignment of 1-3 cases per business day.
Manage an average caseload of 30-40 active investigations, working both autonomously and collaboratively with other investigators.
Responsible for creating individualized investigation plans, interviewing colleagues, reviewing CCTV footage, analyzing internal company documents such as policies, payroll, corrective actions, expense reports and timecards.
