Commercial Insurance Operations Specialist

salary: $22 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support, create, and service the Commercial Insurance Cards Division within the Service of Excellence Insurance Operations Center
• Receive daily work to your personal queue and work from top to button by executing the necessary tasks
• Review, assess, and respond to the instructions in the queue
• Follow up with internal or external client with professional communication mainly by email; a bit of phone work, too
• Receive communication back and assess to complete the queue
• Utilize multiple internal DOS and window based databases for research and documenting purposes
• Input required information into multiple databases
• Work cross functionally, domestically as well as with your colleagues in India
• Review work for quality and compliance
• Ensure all SLA's are met
