Responsibilities
- Support, create, and service the Commercial Insurance Cards Division within the Service of Excellence Insurance Operations Center
- Receive daily work to your personal queue and work from top to button by executing the necessary tasks
- Review, assess, and respond to the instructions in the queue
- Follow up with internal or external client with professional communication mainly by email; a bit of phone work, too
- Receive communication back and assess to complete the queue
- Utilize multiple internal DOS and window based databases for research and documenting purposes
- Input required information into multiple databases
- Work cross functionally, domestically as well as with your colleagues in India
- Review work for quality and compliance
- Ensure all SLA's are met
