Looking for a corporate controller who has worked at a Big 4 accounting firm, has a CPA and at least 5 years of experience. The candidate that will be the best fit is someone with real estate experience as well. You MUST be comfortable managing a 5 person team, and be able to hit the ground running at this busy, and fast-growing company! This is a hybrid position.

salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

 Developing, training, managing and coaching accounting staff by providing regular
coaching and feedback
 Reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and inter-entity accounting
 Responsible for timely and accurate payment of payroll, year end bonuses, and
commissions
 Lead relationship contact for tax advisors and assurance firms. Responsible for leading
the day to day support of our third-party service providers (tax, reviews, audits) to ensure
timely and satisfactory completion of engaged professional services.
 Annual tax statements, payments and reconciliations
 Responsible for the team making timely payments against accounts payable, debt
service, expense reimbursements, and investor distributions
