What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONTROLLER position at Randstad?
We are looking for a Controller for a great company in the Fenton area. You will be the perfect fit if you have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, have supervised a team and have a background in construction accounting. Ideally the right candidate would have their CPA, and have a Missouri notary license, or the willingness to get one upon employment. Responsibilities
Perform the following accounting functions:
- Administer all employee benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision and disability insurance.
- Supervise all accounts payable and payroll functions.
- Missouri notary license, or willingness to become a notary upon employment.
- Experience in construction accounting is preferred.

- Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports
- Payroll tax filings
- Office payroll
- Calculate and record intercompany allocations and reconciliations
