Our enterprise finanical client has a perm hybrid opportunity for a Corporate Actions Senior Custody Analys who will work on a team and be responsible for aspects of domestic and foreign corporate action processing.
Bachelor's degree required, hybrid.
This position includes reorganizations (mandatory & voluntary), income (dividend & interest) and reconciliation. The Senior Custody Associate will ensure that all corporate action events are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The Senior Custody Associate must possess and display the dedication and responsiveness to ensure a positive client experience and support the Financial Advisors.

· Ascertain and evaluate domestic and foreign corporate action announcements
· Ensure proper set-up voluntary corporate action notifications and/or income events on proprietary systems
· Follow-up with Advisors regarding re-notifications and items pending response
· Collect and verify voluntary elections from Advisors
· Submit elections to sub-custodian
· Monitor, verify, balance, and allocate income payables
· Reconcile cash, security, and suspense transactions
· Provide timely and accurate response to Advisor inquiries
· Adhere to established controls and procedures
· Comply with all regulatory rules and requirements
Qualifications:
· Experience 3 years in the financial services industry, specifically in corporate actions
· Possess organizational, problem solving and time management skills
· Demonstrated aptitude to identify and provide solutions for process and system enhancements
· Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships
· General knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), DTC, Bloomberg, FIS Global Plus a plus
