Responsibilities
Overview
Manage costing inbox on a daily basis to ensure that internal customer costing requests are completed by updating material cost in ERP system (i.e., base material cost, freight, duty, tariff adders)
Assist in processing Journal Entries related to monthly costing corrections.
Update daily uncosted report in power BI dashboard for internal operations teams.
Costing project work; mass item correction, root cause analysis, etc.
Support internal and external audit by providing information as needed.
Requirements/Expectations:
-Understanding of Accounting, inventory and excel proficiency(pivot tables, lookup, etc)
-Managing a costing box, emails, journal entries, looking at reporting, some projects depending on capacity
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment
