Custom Assembler

Randstad Staffing has partnered with a Playground Equipment company located in Delano, MN that is seeking to hire a Custom Assembler. The candidate must have the ability to assemble products while following a blueprint. These products will be fully customized and will not be the same builds on a daily basis. salary: $40,000 - $48,000 per year

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify parts to their assembly instructions and print
• Check every part for the physical defect
• Identify the defective part for rework
• Package parts to ship without damage
• Check the correct quantities of all work orders
• Will correctly key and label parts
• Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts

Attributes

• Must be able to multi-task
• Must take responsibility for all parts coming through their work center
• Must be quality focused
• Must be able to learn certain program functions
• Must be able to read prints
• Must be able to read a tape measure 

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read prints
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
