We have a local hardware company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a professional and fast-paced environment where you will be working with customers and vendors taking orders, making sales, and providing updates. You will be required to multi-task efficiently. Position is in Largo, FL. $22-25/Hour-1st Shift Available 8am - 5pm M-F Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service and/or purchasing experience. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Track open customer orders and expedite with suppliers, obtain price and delivery quotations from vendors

• Develop knowledge and understanding of culture, sales, and product lines in preparation for promotion into sales and/or customer service role

• Resolve sales, administrative problems, inquiries, analyze data, and identifying solutions

• Research price and delivery options with suppliers

• Provide overall support to the sales team to include data entry

• Coordinate projects assigned by sales and management teams

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales or administrative experience preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Computer proficiency with strong Excel and Outlook experience

• Ability to maximize resources and drive results

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Pleasant and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
