Randstad is seeking qualified Customer Service Professionals for an ONSITE Call Center position we currently have available with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Provider located in Monroeville, PA 15146. Seeking candidates with at least one year of prior call center experience and must be comfortable working onsite (NOT REMOTE). salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for qualifying, preparing and submitting claims to Medicare Part B, Major Medical and Medicaid
• Work within several different operating systems and web based programs to retrieve document images
• Collect supporting or additional information on fills and work claims through to resolution to ensure compliant, timely and accurate billing practices
