Role Overview:

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our customer service operations.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 1 PM
education: High School



Responsibilities

• Assist customer service team with light office duties including filing, printing, mailing, copying, etc.
• Perform basic order entry tasks such as processing refill orders, Amazon orders, and Project Lead the Way orders.
• Prepare refill quotes for customers.
• Manage filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility of documents.
• Handle printing, mailing, and emailing of invoices to clients.
• Utilize computer skills to work with Microsoft applications, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain a basic understanding of order entry processes.
• Work for 4 hours a day in the morning shift, from 9 am to 1 pm.
• Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as required.
