Responsibilities
- Main function: Processing Check Receipts
- Supporting the bill pay and check receipts team
- This is a backend, data entry type of position
- Talent will be receiving invoices that need to be paid for clients
- Responsible for inputting data into the system so that checks can be posted
- Since volume is heavy and this work relates to clients money, it is critical that candidates can work with a sense of urgency while also maintaining accuracy
- May also be responsible for helping the reconciliation team where they would handle more back end check receipt and clerical items (job duties still being defined here so important that talent are flexible)
