Responsibilities
- Research, analyze and validate documents and payments that require a more detailed review.
- Work within two systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material and will be performing mathematical calculations, cross-referencing, and researching of system and taxpayer errors
- Check manual for proper processing procedures
- Key in information and follow up on any discrepancies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, production driven environment
