Responsibilities
Order Entry: Accurately input customer orders into the company's order management system, ensuring all relevant details such as product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information are correctly entered.
Data Accuracy: Perform data verification and validation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information entered, making necessary corrections as required.
Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders, follow up with internal teams (such as sales, inventory, and logistics), and provide updates to customers regarding order processing and delivery.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of order-related communications, ensuring all relevant documents are appropriately filed and easily retrievable.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to clarify order details, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.
System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating the company's customer and product databases, ensuring information is current and accurate.
Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to resolve order-related issues and ensure a smooth order processing workflow.
Quality Assurance: Participate in periodic audits of order data to identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
