Do you have data entry experience, great customer service and would like to join a team for a non- profit company who helps the community? Bring your careful attention to detail and work accuracy to this data entry opportunity. If you are meticulous, detail-oriented, and ready to put your skills to use in a fun environment full of challenges and opportunities  we want you to join our team . This assignment can last up to 6 months. We are seeking a individual who loves to help others. 7am-4pm M-F $13/hr  

salary: $12.5 - $13 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Complete applications for Energy assistance, along with additional forms needed to assist clients with their needs
• Collect required documents and calculate income to determine if the client is within the guidelines of DHS
• Collaborating with client’s vendors to ensure services are maintained within DHS guidelines.
• Maintain an organized workspace and accurate and up to date logs
• Maintain accurate counts when required
• Submit applications in a timely fashion
• Always maintain a high level of customer service
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned by Program Coordinator
• Enter data in system accurately amd paying attention to details

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment
