responsibilities:
CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
- Apply analytical thinking to translate data into informative reports and visuals
- Responsible for report design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of systems analysis, programming, and maintenance of reports/ETL packages/databases.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Analyze data and information to promote process improvement, develop standards, and evaluate systems and workflow processes.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
- Supports the implementation and integration of enterprise applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, studen information systems, business intelligence reporting, and online business productivity and collaboration systems.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, technical support, and development teams to ensure proper integration of all environments.
- Fully responsible for problem management activities, such as issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new Information Technology software projects and initiatives to support and enhance current systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
