Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Two- or Four-year degree, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or related application certifications, preferred.
• 2 years' previous computer hardware/software support and technical assistance experience preferred; preferably in financial services.
• Microsoft application knowledge, along with general troubleshooting capabilities.
• Phone and PC helpdesk experience and/or PC experience in a financial environment, preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail; good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently along with patience in dealing with end users.
• Ability to utilize resources effectively.
• Availability to work various hours as needed.
• Ability to travel within the Greater Twin Cities Metro area to provide service to remote sites.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

MUST HAVE:

• Troubleshooting experience microsoft and microsoft applications. Idea of where to start. Will have to learn application and the way Trustone does it. Will be working on backlogging.
• strong interest in IT and advancing career.
• Familiar with Microsoft products. Trustone is a Microsoft shop.

responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the IT Support and Security Manager, works closely with the Information Technology team to complete the setup, installation and general maintenance of PC hardware, software and peripherals. Minimize PC downtime by providing periodic preventive maintenance. Assist with PC hardware repair as required. Coordinate with outside service providers for repair or replacement of equipment, as needed. Rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals and most often coordinate activities with more experienced peers. This person must be able to prioritize tasks as needed to ensure the best possible service to TruStone Financial personnel and ultimately the membership of TruStone Financial.
