responsibilities:
-That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance for foundation staff and LLC's
-The Desktop Support Technician also troubleshoots problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required
-Answer, evaluate and prioritize support requests for user problems with hardware, software, networking, etc
-Install computer hardware and software
-Provide training on the proper use of systems and software
-Support iPhone, iPad, Android and other mobile devices
-Assist Foundation staff with the setup of audio, video and web conferencing
-Assist with and training users on digital white boards and presentation systems
-Support and assist Foundation staff, including LLC's with phone system
